Empowering Manhattan: August 2026 Community Health and Awareness Grant Recipients

At the Manhattan Community Health Foundation (MCHF), we believe that true health extends beyond hospital walls. As a catalyst for community health, MCHF partners with local organizations to fund ground-level initiatives that target social determinants of health, promote preventative wellness, and champion equitable care for all.
